We were able to mix the charm of an old mansion with the warmness of oak to make a authentic place with contemporary decor.
The interiors are bright, each floor has its destination with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor accessing the terrace, a 2nd floor intended for sleeping and the 3rd for play and conviviality.

We had a great family stay at Arnaud's. We went with a group of 9 people and a baby. The property has 5 bedrooms, three toilets and two bathrooms, which was convenient. However, one of the bathrooms didn't have a door to close it, so two bedrooms were connected without any door to provide privacy for anyone using the shower. It was a bit awkward, but we managed to work around it.
The games room was definitely the highlight of the house, everyone was happy to spend time in this room. The garden was serene and had a cozy fireplace.
The kitchen was amazing, it had almost everything we needed and felt like a real family home. The sofa in the living room only had space for about 4 people, but it was fine for us.
I expected to be in a region with lots of mountains (Ardennes), but it turned out to be a rural area and we really enjoyed driving through the countryside to get to the Ardennes and other towns.

Very nice place to spend a weekend with friends. Arnaud is also easy-going and responsive. The place has lots of space and amenities: pool table, table football, poker, PS5 with FIFA. A small garden with barbecue and fireplace. The kitchen has everything you need.
There's a good bakery just minutes away. The supermarket is 15 min by car, so good to plan your shopping.
The only downside would be that if it's over 25 degrees outside, it can get quite hot on the top floor. And if you want more outdoor space, a more remote villa outside a village might be a better choice.
Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend going there.

Everything was great! The kitchen was very well equipped. The child had space to play and keep busy. Lots of places in the house if you still want some peace and quiet. We recommend the cottage :)

Very cozy and comfortable house with all possible facilities in a quiet location. Magnificent large relaxation area with PlayStation, pool table and foosball. Smooth check-in and check-out times in consultation with the very friendly and helpful host Arnaud! In a word, fantastic!!
