Direct Booking or Booking via Other Reservation Sites

Like many property owners, we, Gîte des 10 potiers, work with several OTAs (online travel agencies) such as Gîtes de France or AirBnb. As required by Gîtes de France, we publish our public Gîtes de France rates on the "Public Rates Gîtes de France" page when you book through the Gîtes de France website or when you call the Gîtes de France reservation center.

However, we most often rent directly with vacationers. When you call us by phone or select dates on our availability calendar on this site, you enter into a private negotiation relationship with us, and we offer rates that are continuously adapted to supply and demand and adjusted since we don't pay booking fees to OTAs for direct rentals with us.

Intellectual Property
